Corporate/M&A/Private Equity Lawyer (M/F)

Your missions:

Working on behalf of a French and international clientele comprised of corporations and investment funds of various sizes…

You will work on the firm’s very attractive cases from start to finish, particularly in the following areas : mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, restructuring, equity transactions, private equity, advice to investment funds etc.

Your profile:

CAPA holder

You have at least 3-5 years of experience (excluding internships) in recognised law firms in the field.

A very good level of English, both spoken and written, is essential.

Required qualities:

– You have a good sense of priorities.

– You are rigorous, organised and proactive.

– You are a team player and a collaborative person.
