TeamRH, a recruitment firm specialising in the legal and financial sectors, is looking for a:

Lawyer Real Estate Law (M/F)

Your missions as a Lawyer Real Estate Law :

Under the supervision of a Partner, you will work on a variety of cases in:

• Construction and Urban Planning Law,
• Real estate sales law,
• Residential and commercial leases.

You will advise French and foreign clients on all aspects of real estate law (from real estate transactions to property management).

Your profile:

• You have a CAPA qualification and ideally you have had initial experience in one or more firms.
• Sense of organisation and rigour,
• Ability to adapt, to listen and to be a team player,
• Good writing skills,
• Perfect command of English, both written and spoken.

Contract: Freelance

Hours: Full time with 2 days of telecommuting

Salary: €5,500 – €6,500 ex VAT depending on experience

Location: Paris

Provisional start date: ASAP
