You will work for an industrial property law firm in Montreal, Canada.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assessment of the patentability of the invention.
• Drafting the patent application.
• Technology monitoring.
• Developing the commercial potential of the innovation portfolio.
• Negotiation of contracts, licences, assignments, etc. …

Your profile:

• You have a Master II, CEIPI (long cycle) and completed the Mandataire Européen (European Patent Attorney) diploma.
• You have 3-5 years’ experience in this sector.
• You are bilingual in English.
• You are very rigorous in your work.
• You demonstrate writing skills

Contract: CDI

Hours: Full time

Salary: According to profile and experience

Location: Montréal, Canada
