Senior Associate – Complex Real Estate

In a beautiful modern notary’s office in the heart of Paris, composed of two partners and around fifteen associates, acting for professionals (multinationals, financial institutions) in the context of the implementation of their mergers, acquisitions and financing operations, you will work in the Complex Real Estate department, in particular:

On issues relating to the purchase and sale of built or unbuilt buildings for residential use, offices, shops, hotels, residences, and logistics.

On financing issues.

You will be part of a dynamic team with a friendly atmosphere. The focus on human values is essential for the proper functioning of the service.

Your profile :

You have an initial training in notarial regulations, and you have a notarial degree. You have at least 3 years experience in a similar position;

• As the firm works on behalf of foreign clients, you are fluent in English.
• You are kind, dynamic and precise.
• You have excellent spelling and oral communication skills.

Contract: CDI

Hours: Full time

Salary: According to profile and experience

Location: Paris
